Non-Refundable Reservations: Full payment of the reservation will be debited from the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking through our website or shortly after. No refund will be offered for cancellations, no-shows, and early departures.

For cancellable reservations, please note the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation. Changes or amendments to the reservation will be termed as cancellations and no refund will be offered.

Fully Refundable: For cancellable reservations, guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days prior to their arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the arrival date will result in a charge for the full amount of the reservation.

In the event that Chic Centre Suites Athens has to cancel a booking, any payments made will be refunded in full. The hotel will also attempt to book the guest into another local bed and breakfast of the same or a similar standard of room(s). Chic Centre Suites Athens’ liability will not extend beyond these conditions.

Guests who do not show up on the check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Any cancellation requests must be made through the same channel that the reservation was made (website, phone, email) and will not be considered valid until the guest receives a cancellation confirmation from Chic Centre Suites Athens.
